Refund policy

Right of return:

It is the customer's responsibility to check the incoming shipment for possible transport damage, if any, you  must inform the driver and ask him to make a damage reservation.

Our products do not have a general right of return. All sales are binding, and products cannot be returned or exchanged unless the product is defective or delivered incorrectly.

Defective or incorrect product:

If the product you received is defective, broken or delivered incorrectly, please do the following:

Contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product.

Attach to the message:

  1. Order number
  2. Description of the defect
  3. If possible, pictures of the product

Customer service will provide instructions on further actions.

Refund or exchange:

If the product is found to be defective, we primarily offer:

replacement of the product for a new one, or
if necessary, a refund.

Returns without approval:

We will not process returns sent without separate instructions from customer service.
